WHY AM I ABLE TO HELP?
Because I've been where you are — a few times! I've felt stuck, stressed, unfulfilled and unhappy. Those feelings of duress motivated me to create a proven method that has helped hundreds of individuals identify, prepare for and thrive in work they love.
Hi, I'm Trie, and guiding purpose-driven professionals to discover, prepare for, and excel in their dream jobs is my passion.

One day, a student ran into class, thrilled to share that she had landed her dream job. She called me "Professor Dream Job," a nickname that stuck because it captures my mission — and my track record!
​
Before coaching and teaching, I served as a COO and CIO, roles that deepened my expertise in leadership and career development.
​
I'm the author of "Launch" and "Resume Reglow," and co-author of "The Roadmap," a business text used by over 30,000 undergraduates nationwide.
​
I developed the Career Success Preparation course at Indiana University, the only course of its kind, which students praised as the best they'd ever taken.
​
Now, through my coaching practice, Reimagine Monday, I help professionals reimagine their careers and lives.
​
About 10 years ago, a mix of work stress and life challenges led me to rethink my entire life. Though my career was fulfilling, I felt restless and anxious, signaling it was time for a significant change.
​
While relaxing by the Atlantic Ocean, I discovered the calm and focus I craved. Mindfulness transformed my life, and I knew I had to help others find the same balance and joy in their work.
​
I left my COO role, pursued certifications in career transformation and mindfulness, and created the Love Monday Method, a system I taught at Indiana University that helps professionals at all stages find work they love.
​
After 5.5 years of teaching, I moved my coaching practice and me to Georgetown, Washington DC, and recently to Jersey City, NJ. And as Kramer would say on Seinfeld, "I’m loving every minute of it!"
After 25 years of working in local government, I wanted to change my career path. Trie helped with this transition.
